Snow Day #3

The Wolfe Family

Okay, so Wednesday put us at Day #3 of no school. Friday is their last day of school before they going on their winter break. I don't know yet if there will be school or not...but so far it's been pretty good. Cabin Fever is starting to take it's toll. But not on Wednesday. Wednesday gave us so much snow, it kept us busy for a good 2 hours playing with the neighbors and our family. I didn't have to work due to weather as the twins couldn't make it. So out the door Tommy & Emily went to play in the snow. I went outside just to check on them and take some photos, but it ended up being a lot longer! The neighbors were out as well and with help from everyone a snowman was built. It was so awesome to have everyone outside playing yesterday. We had 3 families playing and having a snowball fight. Tommy Jr. had commando like actions dodging under the truck rolling from one side to the other trying to tag people with snowballs...even my hubby came out to play...unintentionally of course. He came outside to take a quick break while in his slippers, before he knew it he was getting pinged here and there with snowballs and at one point he was joining in the fight. He actually had to run in a put on real shoes and grab some gloves!

Oh, another fun thing...snow cones! Angie brought out her snow cone flavors and cups with spoons and big bowl to put snow in. Our other neighbor Zack collected the top layer of snow from his backyard and the kids all had their very own SNOW snow cones!! It was funny to see them eating away at snow cones!

Overall...it was an awesome day! Here are some photos of our day!
